Pay your entire rent amount online, for free or with a credit card
Just because your landlord still lives in the past doesn’t mean you have to. It’s time to either help them catch up or leave them in the dust. First option – connect to your landlord’s property on Zuby. If your landlord is not yet on Zuby, be a good renter and tell them all about the benefits [link to benefits page] to them (including the fact that Zuby is free [link to pricing page]), and invite them to join [pop-up window with invite by email]. Second option is for your stubborn landlords. If your landlord refuses to join even after learning all about how awesome Zuby is, we will mail your rent check to your landlord for you, which means you can still join Zuby and pay online.
Pay rent for free, or with a credit card
Regardless of your landlord’s level of cooperation, you can choose to pay rent through Zuby with either a bank account or with a credit or debit card. Adding any one of these secure payment options to your Zuby account is really simple, and in most cases instant. If you choose to pay with a bank account there is no charge, and transfers typically take 4-6 business days. If you are into credit card points (who isn’t?) you can pay with a credit or debit card for a small fee of [3.5%], and your payment will typically get there in 2-3 business days.
Split rent with roommates
Invite your roommates [pop-up window with invite by email] to join Zuby, and each of you pays your own portion of the rent, using your own payment method.
Initiate payment by the due date to pay on time. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know when payments are due and send you reminders so that you are always on track, keeping those late fees in your pocket.
